The most relaxing sleeping position
01 Lying
Lying up is the most relaxing sleeping posture, because in this posture, our body is the most straight and upright, and the muscles on both sides of the spine will not be overly tense. There are also some things to pay attention to when lying down.
02 The pillow should be up to the neck
When many people sleep, the pillow will only cover the back of their heads, instead letting their necks hang in the air, so that their necks will not relax all night, and they will get tired as they sleep.
03 Pillows should not be too high or too low
Improper pillows will affect the smooth flow of the respiratory tract, easy to snor, and reduce the quality of sleep. At the same time, it will also change the normal physiological curvature of the cervical spine, causing stiff neck and cervical spondylosis.
04 The bed cannot be too soft
If the bed is too soft, the whole person will sink into the bed when sleeping, and the spine will become curved, which will easily cause a herniated disc and make the muscles on both sides of the spine tighten. When we press the bed with our hands, it is just right to sink 2-3 cm. If it is 6-8 cm or more, the bed is too soft. Of course, the bed is as hard as the floor, which is not good.
